Located near Great Falls, MT, Huckleberry Academy was created to come alongside you on your homeschool journey. As a homeschool resource, we offer a full curriculum for grades 1-8 in a 4 hour day, 4 day week format, leaving plenty of time for you to continue learning with your kids at home.

What kind of education does Huckleberry offer?
A relational education: We use the Charlotte Mason Method, a vibrant curriculum that emphasizes relationships. Your children will learn about their relationship with God, each other, and the world around them.
An education in nature: Nature itself is a great educator and it is our goal to spend as much time in it as possible. Be the weather wet, cold, or sunny, we will be outside every day it is safe to do so. Some days it will be a simple walk and some days it will be lessons outside. The great outdoors is a wonderful place to be and we have no desire to deprive children of it for the sake of education. One of our favorite sayings is, "There is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing."
A liberal arts education: At Huckleberry Academy, your child will be immersed in rich, classic literature from their very first day and beautiful art. In keeping with the Charlotte Mason tradition, we emphasize great ideas and beautiful art.
What does it cost?
Great care has been put into keeping Huckleberry Academy as affordable as possible while paying our teachers well. There are grants and scholarships available for education and parents are encouraged to seek them out.
We are currently running a fund drive to raise tuition assistance funds for the 25/26 school year. We'd love your help to find sponsors! With sponsors on board, we will be able to offer even deeper discounts based on family size and income. You can download our sponsor letter here. Huckleberry Academy is a non-profit organization and contributions are tax deductible.
Tuition is $5,000 per student for the year. We have secured a sponsorship option to help offset costs for grades 1-3 and are working to find options for the other grades.
